Quik-Post SystemsTM Service Agreement

Quik-Post SystemsTM and ________________________________ (customer) hereby enter into a business relationship, and agree to the following terms of service:

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Pay for all services prior to completion, with your authorization, we will retain your credit card information for all billing
    Installation standard white post - (6 months)

    $75.00

    Rental Extension (6 months)

    $25.00

    Credit for return of post prior to 12 months

    $20.00

    Credit for return of post after 12 months

    $10.00

  2. Reimburse Quik-Post SystemsTM for:
  • Fines resulting from incorrect placement of a post, as directed or moved by the property owner or agent
  • Fees from utility companies for damaged lines, if customer did not have blue stakes confirm location of utilities prior to installation
  1. Facilitate the recovery posts and hardware
  2. Obtain authorization from appropriate entity when covenants or associations govern a community in which a property is located
  3. Provide detailed, accurate and complete instructions for installation, including:
  • Address, parcel number, cross streets, map coordinates
  • Site markers for installation location
  • Telephone number on realtor sign
  • Billing telephone number
  1. It is Quik-Post SystemsTM policy that only Quik-Post SystemTM employees remove or install our rented equipment.

QUIK-POST SYSTEMSTM RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Install and remove sign posts within 24 hours of receipt of service request. (Installations are completed Tuesday through Saturday, with the exception of Holidays)
     
  2. Follow all instructions from the customer as to location of placement, with regard for all ordinances and regulations.
     
  3. In the event of sprinkler line damage, Quik-Posts SystemsTM will make every attempt to repair the damage. If the damage is immediately observed by the installer, the repair will be made on the spot. If the damage is reported within 72 hours, an installer will return to the address to make repairs. Quik-Post SystemsTM does not accept responsibility for the cost of repairs if not given reasonable notice and time to remedy the situation.
     
  4. Manage and provide storage for realtor signs prior to installation. In the case of damage or loss prior to installation, provide compensation by replacing with a sign of comparable value.
     
  5. It is Quik-Post SystemsTM policy that only Quik-Post SystemTM employees remove or install our rented equipment.
     
  6. In such case that a customer breaches the agreement, Quik-Post SystemsTM shall terminate the service contract, remove all rented equipment from any/all properties of said customer, and return signage belonging to that customer.
